2024 Ratecard - Jason baxter Media ltd

• 20% VAT is charged on all services

• Daily filming Rate (not including Drone filming or travel) - £850p/day or £425p/half day

• Daily Editing Rate - £575p/day or £287p/half day

• Voiceover Fee - £500 (for Jason Baxter Voice) if another actor is requested a separate quote will be provided.

• Studio Recording - £180p/session

• Travel – 0.50p per mile.

• No mileage fee up to 50 miles from EH7 postcode

• Stock Footage fee’s – Business License - £300p/clip

• Accommodation - £100p/night

• Sustenance - £30p/day

• Drone Filming - £650p/day or £375p/half day (not including travel)

• Music Soundtrack License - £175p/soundtrack – Business Use

• Subtitles add on - £250 (up to 5 min film – if more time then rate will be quoted)

• Sunday and Bank Holiday bookings incur a 25% surcharge on the daily rate

   Please note quotes are provided prior to filming/photography commission, if in the case of an immediate commission is requested and no quote has been requested or sent, the default fee’s rate card applies.
